RF Microneedling in Port St. Lucie, FL

Tighten, smooth, and rebuild collagen from within — Pixel8 RF microneedling performed by Nidia Garcia, ARNP at USA Aesthetics, from $600 per session with minimal downtime.

RF (radiofrequency) microneedling is one of the most-requested skin-tightening treatments on the Treasure Coast — and for good reason. By pairing microneedling with controlled radiofrequency heat, it can improve texture, pores, fine lines, and mild laxity with far less downtime than aggressive resurfacing. At USA Aesthetics, RF microneedling is performed with the Pixel8 device by Nidia Garcia, ARNP as part of our laser skin resurfacing menu, at our Tradition office at 10190 SW Village Pkwy. Individual results vary, and candidacy is confirmed at your consultation.

How RF microneedling works

Ultra-fine, insulated needles create thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin while delivering radiofrequency energy into the deeper dermis. That combination does two things at once: the micro-injuries trigger your skin's natural repair response, and the RF heat stimulates collagen and elastin remodeling where firmness actually comes from. Because Pixel8's needles are insulated, energy is delivered at a controlled depth with minimal damage to the surface — which typically means a smoother recovery, and makes the treatment appropriate for a wide range of skin types and tones.

What RF microneedling treats

  • Uneven texture and fine lines
  • Acne scarring and other mild textural scarring
  • Enlarged pores
  • Mild-to-moderate skin laxity and crepiness on the face and neck
  • Overall tone and radiance

For deeper wrinkles, more significant sun damage, or more dramatic single-session correction, CO2 laser resurfacing may be the better tool — Nidia will steer you honestly at your consultation.

What it costs

Pixel8 RF microneedling starts at $600 per session for the face, with a money-saving package of three at $1,650. Adding Erbium laser resurfacing in the same visit deepens results, and neck treatment can be added as well — see our full pricing page and the RF microneedling cost guide for how a typical series adds up. Flexible monthly financing through Cherry is available, and your exact plan and total are confirmed at the consultation.

What to expect at your session

RF microneedling is typically done as a short series of about 3 sessions spaced roughly 4–6 weeks apart, so collagen has time to rebuild between visits. Each appointment begins with a thorough cleanse and topical numbing cream for comfort; most visits run about 45–75 minutes from numbing to finish depending on the areas treated. The depth and intensity of each pass are tailored to your concern — a lighter touch for surface texture, deeper settings when laxity or scarring is the focus. Most clients describe the sensation as warm pressure that's quite tolerable rather than painful, and numbing is included in your session price.

Downtime

Plan for redness and a warm, mild-sunburn feeling that typically settles over about 1–3 days, occasionally with a little light flaking as the skin renews. Most people return to normal activities the next day, and many are comfortable applying mineral makeup again after about 24 hours. There's no general anesthesia and no surgical recovery — it's an in-office treatment you can schedule around a normal week. Individual recovery varies.

When results appear

The glow tends to arrive first — often within the first week or two — while the deeper improvements in firmness and texture build gradually over the following weeks and months as new collagen forms. The most complete results generally appear after finishing your full series, and many clients return for 1–2 maintenance sessions per year to help hold their results. Because the treatment works by encouraging your own collagen to rebuild, improvements tend to look natural rather than "done." Results vary from person to person based on skin condition, age, and how your body responds.

Who is a good candidate?

Most healthy adults bothered by texture, pores, fine lines, acne scarring, or early laxity may be appropriate candidates, and the insulated-needle design makes Pixel8 suitable for deeper skin tones that some lasers treat cautiously. There are situations where we may recommend waiting or an alternative: active acne or any skin infection in the treatment area, certain blood disorders or use of blood thinners, current isotretinoin use, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and a personal history of keloid scarring. These cautions exist to keep your treatment safe and your results predictable — a consultation determines candidacy.

Aftercare basics

Aftercare is simple: keep the skin clean and well moisturized, skip strong actives (retinoids, exfoliating acids) for several days, avoid heavy sweating and direct sun exposure for the first day or two, and be diligent with sunscreen while your skin heals. We walk you through everything in writing before you leave, and you can always call us with questions between sessions.

Pairing RF microneedling with PRF

Many clients boost their results by pairing Pixel8 with a PRF facial — your own platelet-rich fibrin, applied into the fresh micro-channels so its growth factors absorb where they can do the most good. It's a natural, all-you addition that can support healing and glow. Curious how Pixel8 compares to the device you've seen advertised everywhere? Read our honest Pixel8 vs. Morpheus8 comparison.

RF Microneedling FAQ

Most people do a series of about 3 sessions spaced roughly 4–6 weeks apart, with more significant texture or laxity concerns sometimes needing more. Many clients then do 1–2 maintenance sessions per year. Your plan is confirmed at the consultation, and individual results vary.

Very little for most people — expect redness like a mild sunburn for about 1–3 days, occasionally with light flaking. Most clients return to normal activities the next day and can wear mineral makeup after about 24 hours. Individual recovery varies.

Many clients notice a glow within the first week or two, while the deeper improvements in firmness and texture build over several weeks to months as new collagen forms. The most complete results generally appear after finishing the full series. Results vary from person to person.

Topical numbing cream is applied before every session and is included in your price. Most clients describe the sensation as warm pressure that's quite tolerable, and the depth and intensity are adjusted to your comfort throughout. Sensitivity varies by person and area treated.

RF microneedling remodels collagen through the deeper layers with only 1–3 days of redness, over a short series — while CO2 resurfaces the skin's surface for more dramatic single-session correction with about a week of downtime. The right choice depends on your concerns, skin type, and downtime tolerance, and Nidia recommends the right path at your consultation.

We may recommend waiting or an alternative if you have active acne or a skin infection in the treatment area, certain blood disorders or take blood thinners, currently use isotretinoin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of keloid scarring. A consultation determines candidacy.
